Shipping & Handling
1. We will send your goods out within 2-4 business days after your payment, tracking number will be provided after that.
2. Shipping will take 1 to 12 business days.
Warranty & Return
1.Most items are brand new unless note. We only responsible if items is damage during shipping and return within two weeks.
2. Unauthorized returns and refused items will not be accepted for refunds. Opened product will not be considered for return. A 20% restocking charge will be levied on all returns. Upon receipt of the return, we will credit you for the merchandise prices only. No shipping charges will be reimbursed by AllElectronics.ecrater.com. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not sent back within two weeks of authorization. Please note that REFUSED or UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS will not be refunded.
3. No matter for exchange or refund, please contact us first.
Disclaimer Notice
1. We are not responsible for wrong addresses. Shipping and Handling charges cover much more than postage costs. It mostly includes the quality control overhead, order processing operations and packaging materials.
2. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
3. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
* The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
* Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment
* The identification of a pricing or product description error
* Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the
