Yes, we do accept. Pay via Money Order, Cashier's Check, Personal Check. All check and money order will be hold until payment is clear before we ship out the package. Please do not try to send us fake or fraudulent check or money order. You will be report and charge. A $20 fee will apply to bounced checks and 2% finance fee to all past due balances.

We will send your package out within 2-4 business days after your payment, tracking number will be provided after that. Shipping fees depends on the weight of your items.

First, you need know which format of songs or movies the player can accept. Usually, MP1, MP2, MP3, WMA, WMV, ASF, WAV of songs are all OK for the player to listen to. And AMV of movies is workable for the player to look at. So there are two conditions to download something to your player: 1) If the songs or movies just the right format which the player can support, you can download directly (always from website) into your player without CD. 2) If the format is not the acceptable one, you need use the software on the drive CD to do a conversion. Download the software to your computer, do as the prompt, it will be well.

If the player doesn't when you use charger or computer, it means the USB cable or the MP4 player doesn't work. Please contact us for a USB cable(free). If it still doesn't work after you use the new cable, it means the player has problems, please send it back for refund or exchange.

Unauthorized returns and refused items will not be accepted for refunds. Opened product will not be considered for return. A 20% restocking charge will be levied on all returns. One month exchange warranty: If the product doesn't work, you can send them back to us in one month for exchange, buyers pay the shipping fees for sending back to us, and we pay the shipping fees for resending them to buyers. Most of all items come within 180 days warranty. Within 180 days, buyers can send them back for free repair, in this case, buyers pay all the shipping fees in both sides. Damage item will not be accepted. If buyer break the items and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of that components.
